Terms and Conditions

Bookings
All driving lessons must be pre-booked. Bookings are confirmed once a date, time, and location are agreed. You’ll receive confirmation by text or WhatsApp.

Payments
Payment is due before or at the time of your lesson unless otherwise agreed. Cash or bank transfer is accepted.

Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the full lesson fee being charged.

Instructor Commitment
Davy Black is a DVSA Grade A instructor with over 30 years’ experience. He will provide professional, safe, and clear tuition every lesson.

Your Responsibilities
You must:

• Hold a valid provisional UK driving licence

• Be fit to drive (not under the influence of drugs or alcohol)

• Be on time for your lessons

If you’re late, the lesson may be shortened without refund.

Lesson Vehicle
All lessons take place in a modern, fully insured Ford Puma fitted with dual controls.

Test Day
If Davy feels you’re not ready for the test, he may recommend delaying it. The final decision is yours, but he has the right to refuse use of the car if he believes it’s unsafe or unfair on you.

Insurance
You’re covered by instructor insurance during all lessons and practical tests in the instructor’s car.

Data and Marketing
If you fill in a form or message us via this site, we may contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp to follow up. You can ask to stop hearing from us at any time.
